A luxury new three-bedroom villa (sleeping 6-8), finished to a high standard, with private swimming pool surrounded by tiled patio areas and garden. This is a beautifully situated villa in a sought after elevated location giving panoramic views over the sea and countryside.

The site where the villa is located is a small select development of luxury villas.  Six of these villas are now occupied, and the majority are  residential. 

Within 5 minutes walking distance is the picturesque village square, where you will find tavernas, supermarket, banks, etc. The beach of Pissouri lies in a beautiful bay and is only 5 mins by car down the winding hill, with more shops & tavernas and a wide variety of water-sports. For golf enthusiasts, two excellent 18-hole courses are available at Aphrodite Hills & Secret Valley: both are only a 15 mins drive by car.

The villa has been finished to a high standard and offers the following accommodation:

Main entrance door leading to open plan sitting/dining room, leading through to kitchen, separated by breakfast bar. Sitting area has comfortable leather sofas - one being a sofa bed (which can sleep 2 adults); LCD TV, Sky satellite system fitted with main free to view English channels as well as Sky News, CD/DVD player, coffee table, side table and storage unit. Dining area has a beautiful large glass-top heavy-duty rattan table, with chairs to match finished with cream cushions. The kitchen is fitted with cream wooden units with black granite surfaces. It is very well equipped, comprising: oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, iron, etc. External shutters and fly screens are fitted to most windows and doors.

There is a separate w.c. below the staircase. The staircase is marble with wrought iron banisters. The villa floors are fully tiled.

Bedroom 1: has a double bed, modern dressing table with mirror, bedside tables, fitted full-length wardrobe with drawers. There is an en-suite, with shower, w.c. and hand basin. This bedroom has sliding doors opening out onto small balcony with breathtaking views towards the sea.
Bedroom 2: has twin beds, modern dressing table with mirror, bedside tables, fitted fulllength wardrobe with drawers. There are sliding doors opening onto a large balcony, which has a small table and 2 chairs, and overlooks the pool and garden area, with all-round views.
Bedroom 3: has twin beds, modern dressing table with mirror, bedside tables, fitted fulllength wardrobe with drawers. There are full sliding windows offering views across the hills to the sea.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 share the main bathroom, which has a full size bath with shower over, hand basin set in vanity unit with black granite, and w.c.

Air conditioning is fitted for use during the summer months, as well as full central heating for the cooler winter evenings; cost of both is included in the rental price.

High quality linen, bath sheets, hand towels and flannels are all provided. Also provided are towels specifically for beach and pool usage. A cot can be hired if required, but cot linen not provided.

A welcome pack can be provided, if required, for early or late arrivals.

Two sets of sliding doors from dining/sitting room and kitchen open out at the back of the villa onto a large covered patio, with table and 8 chairs for al fresco dining. There are also 8 sun-beds and a freestanding parasol. There is an outside shower, and designated barbeque area, with gas barbeque provided. The pool is also here at the back, which is surrounded by tiled areas and garden planted with local shrubs and trees. The sun shines the whole day on the patio/pool, setting behind the hill late evening during the summer months. A further tiled area to the front of the villa provides an alternative place to dine. Walls with balustrading surround the villa, and there are gates to both the front entrance and to driveway/parking area, making it totally secure for children.

The villa is a non-smoking villa and no pets are allowed.

The villa is available to let all year round and prices below are for weekly rentals. We could be flexible for shorter or longer periods for rental, but would depend upon availability.

The site where the villa is located will be a small select development of 9 villas. Six of these villas are now virtually complete, and 5 are occupied, including those adjacent to our villa.

Availability

As of 07 September, the villa is available for the following dates:

• 17 to 23 October 2010
• 30 October 2010 to 22 May 2011
• 1 June 2011 onwards

Rates per week* (in British Pounds sterling)

Payment - a 25% deposit on booking, balance a minimum of 6 weeks before departure.

*Note: the rate charged will be pro-rata, so that bookings that span two calendar months will depend on the number of days booked in each month.
